1. Position – Production Manager

Experience – Minimum 2 years in fabrication Industry.

  • Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets
  • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Monitor production to resolve issues
  • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
  • Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
  • Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
  • Ensure output meets quality standards
  • Enforce health and safety precautions
  • Report to upper management 

 

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in Laser cutting machine / Fabrication.
  • Deep knowledge of production management in fabrication industry.
  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics

 

2. Position – Design Engineer

Experience – Minimum 2 years in Auto Cad / Solid works.

  • Ability to capture and specify the design requirements
  • Research concept ideas using mathematical modelling to work out whether new developments and innovations would work and be cost effective
  • Analyse the Engineering and Project input in order to interrogate it, reach an agreement and integrate it formally in a Design solution
  • Produce design ideas, based on research, into technical plans for prototypes using computer-aided design (CAD) and Solid Works
  • Analyses the design proposals and the technical information in order to identify the issues arising during product development, defining and implementing adequate solutions in order to reach a feasible proposal with a high form and aesthetic quality
  • Attend design reviews to present design ideas and to discuss and critique alternative design solutions
  • Cost proposals
  • Make design changes on existing products
  • Track design changes
  • Control of Bill of Materials (BoM), CAD Models and Engineering Drawings
  • Keep up with current and developing engineering trends
  • Undertake special projects as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities
  • Quality control of work by appropriate reviews
  • Support process improvement activities
  • Support technical staff and/or junior engineers
  • Lead and/or support technicians and trainee engineers
  • Train people within own work group

 

3. Position – HR / Admin Manager

  • A proven track record of leading the delivery of HR functions to a high standard.
  • A proven track record as a HR generalist.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent occupational experience.
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law.
  • The ability to originate and lead organisational strategies in HR.
  • Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Ability to write (as necessary), plan and direct the development and maintenance of training programmes for all levels of staff.
  • Knowledge and experience of introducing new ideas to improve employee engagement.
  • Ability to write and deliver creative, imaginative presentations to colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning and development, writing and delivering training programmes appropriate to the needs of employees and the business
